Our story as a startup begins with a malfunctioning smartwatch. Knowing that the warranty had to be somewhere in the house. I flipped the house upside down, finally, after 3 hours I found such document and went to the store to get a replacement.
That’s when the idea of Your Product Passport was born. “What if there was an app that could store all the information on warranties and policies of the products I buy?”
The challenge was accepted and after a couple of years of developing a Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) and getting sponsors to create a free app for consumers. Today we have a staff in IT, Engineering, and Design that combined have more than 35 years of experience.
